Beachhouse One M&A AB and Strandgården Konsult AB have assisted the main owner of Vasatherm Holding AB, in connection with the company's sale of 69% of the shares in Vasatherm AB to Lyngson Group AS. The assignment concerned the brokerage of shares and management consulting for the owners. Vasatherm AB is a specialist company in cooling systems for a comfortable indoor climate, with the manufacture and sale of fan convectors.
